Residents converse with police at Coffee with a Cop in Aiken

Charlie Hartz, franchise owner of Dunkin’ Donuts in Aiken, welcomed police officers and members of the community Thursday morning to share doughnuts and conversation.

Chief Charles Barranco, with the Aiken Department of Public Safety, and his team took time to speak with residents during the most recent installment of Coffee with a Cop at the business on Whiskey Road.

Joining Barranco, among others from Public Safety officers, were Capt. Brian Mills, Sgt. Dawn Drasher, Officer Travis Rice and Lt. Jake Mahoney.
