Lieutenant Terry Blake

Lieutenant Terry Blake has been a police officer since 1997. He has held a variety of positions within the Norwalk CT. Police Department to include patrol officer, detective, sergeant and now lieutenant. Lieutenant Blake was also assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Safe Streets Task Force from 2006-2009 and the United States Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force from 2009-2012. He currently commands the Community Police Services Division and serves as a team leader on the Emergency Services Unit Tactical Response Team. Lieutenant Blake and his team have been holding Coffee with a Cop events in Norwalk since 2016 and find the program to be an invaluable means by which to strengthen the department’s relationship with the community.
