Officer Philip Smith

Officer Philip Smith has been with the Evansville Police Department for 5 years and currently serves as the Special Projects Coordinator. Officer Smith schedules the different venues for the department’s Coffee With A Cop and attends each one. Officer Smith strongly believes in Coffee With A Cop and he has been seen regularly serving coffee through the drive thru window and taking orders at the front counter.
