Deputy Chief Ken Roske

Ken Roske is the Deputy Chief of Police for the Pasco (WA) Police Department. He has been a police officer with that department since 1986 where he has a wide range of experience serving in K9, Traffic and Gang Suppression units. Since 2004 he has served as a Division Commander of Field Operations, Support Operations, and the Training Division. He managed the community policing resource officers and the department’s neighborhood police stations. He currently oversees the Public Information Officers, the department’s social media project and leads the agencies CALEA accreditation. He coordinated the Critical Response/Technical Assistance project with DOJ/COPS Office where Coffee with a Cop is credited with helping rebuild community trust.
Deputy Chief Roske holds a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice Management and an M.S. Degree in Organizational Leadership. He is a 2004 graduate of the FBI Northwest Law Enforcement Executive Command College and Graduate of the FBI National Academy Session 242. He holds certifications as a Middle Manager and Police Executive from the Washington State Training Commission on Police Standards.
