Police host coffee with a cop in Thames

Several dozen people stopped into The Club in Thames for a coffee and a chat with about seven police on July 5.

The session was for members of the public to have an informal chat with police, to talk about opportunities for new recruits and anything else they wanted to chat about.

Constable Jack Driver said more coffee with a cop sessions were planned, with police expected to visit Waihi and Whangamata over the next few months.
