Kangaroo Point Coffee With A Cop

Police from Dutton Park Station and the Riverside Patrol Group were given a warm welcome by the Bar Spritz management and staff yesterday on the cliffs of Kangaroo Point for a Coffee With A Cop event.

Local community members who stopped by enjoyed the magnificent view with their breakfast, as well as a free coffee compliments of Dutton Park Police.

VIPs (Volunteers in Policing) and Crime Prevention Officers were also on hand to provide pamphlets and advice on home security and personal safety.

Coffee with a Cop events are a great opportunity for us to connect with the community in a friendly, informal way.

We recognise how valuable these interactions are for people who want to find out more about the work we do and the help we can offer the community – even if it’s just sharing our safety tips!
