A fabulous way to start the working week in Northgate

This morning it was Northgate’s turn to host Coffee with a Cop in the Hendra Division and it was a cracking way to start the working week!

For those of you unfortunate enough to miss it, Rhino’s Cafe on Northgate Road hosted this month’s event along with our local Neighbourhood Watch group.

Visitors were able to chat to police about local concerns, crime prevention measures and upcoming events in the area.

Police love the opportunity to speak to the community before a crime has happened, and remind everyone of the importance of great home and vehicle security.

It really was a lovely morning and a great opportunity for local community members to chat with police, Crime Stoppers and Neighbourhood Watch volunteers. Thanks Rhino’s for your support!

We were also fortunate enough to welcome the new Officer in Charge of Hendra station to the catch up – what a way to make an impression – first day on the job and out mixing with the community!
