Coffee with a Cop, standing room only!

Thank you to all the wonderful people that came and took part in our Coffee with a Cop event at The Coffee Club in Gympie Central Shopping Centre last Friday.

The big turnout included members of the community and many people from different organisations including the Queensland Ambulance Service, Crime Stoppers, Neighbourhood Watch, Gympie Local Level Alliance (LLA) and Community Action including domestic violence counsellors.

Other Queensland Police Service attendee’s included police training officers, domestic violence Police Liaison Officers (PLO), scenes of crime officers (SOCO), first year constables and Officers in Charge including Inspector Donnelly.

We can’t forget to mention our junior police officer Owen who is pictured above and attends all of our police displays and events to support the Queensland Police, learn more about the Service and chat with our friendly officers hoping for a secret mission or two.

We would like to thank the Gympie Central Shopping Centre management for advertising and supporting the event and The Coffee Club owners and staff who were very busy providing us with our drinks.
