Growing in Importance and Popularity
Coffee with a Cop grows each year in terms of importance, reach, impact, popularity, and more. From the small start with one police department in 2011 to the thousands participating now, the changes being made are significant, and the numbers are as great of a conversation starter as being handed a cup of coffee at an event.

Local Initiative That Gained Worldwide Momentum
What started in Hawthorne, California, as casual coffee conversations with the idea of building relationships in their own community has generated a buzz that has gone around the world, with more communities and countries joining in each year. Pleased at the success of the simple idea as well as knowing how vital it is, the original Coffee with a Cop team welcomes the idea of sharing resources, expertise, and experiences with fellow police and sheriff departments worldwide.
