Coffee With a Cop

Good Afternoon,

I would like to extend an invitation to you to attend the inaugural “Coffee with a Cop” at 10am on the 19th of October, 2017, at Bows Natural Ice cream Café, Gippsland Centre, Cunninghame Street, Sale.

“Coffee with a Cop” is a hugely successful community engagement strategy born in the USA. The concept is about police members giving something back to community members that might not necessarily have the opportunity to talk to a police officer.

Successful policing relies on community confidence and satisfaction which is enhanced through community engagement strategies, such as “Coffee with a Cop”.

Our vision is to give community members the ability to have a one-on-one conversation with local police in an informal setting, providing an opportunity to break down barriers, eliminate agendas and build relationships.
