Coffee with a Cop

Chat with the Chief at Kaua‘i Police Department’s inaugural Coffee with a Cop event from 10 a.m. to noon, Jan. 28 on the lāna‘i adjacent to the gift shop at Kaua‘i Coffee Company.

The event is an opportunity to meet and greet your community police officers and talk story in a casual setting over a cup of coffee.

“There is absolutely no agenda. We’ll be available to chat one-on-one with the public about any number of topics like crime prevention in your neighborhood,” said Kaua‘i Police Chief Todd G. Raybuck. “Most people only interact with police officers during times of crisis but there is so much more to what my officers do and who they are. This is a chance to connect with them in a relaxed atmosphere and forage a meaningful bond.”
