National Coffee with a Cop Day

It’s hot in Baltimore City today! Children from our Police Athletic/Activities League will have popsicles this afternoon with UMBPD Officer Kelli Blackwell and Office Lexi, our canine officer. Our Police Athletic/Activities League chapter is one of the few in Baltimore City and one of two on a college campus.
