National Coffee with a Cop Day

All community members are invited to attend the Coffee with a Cop event on October 2, 2019 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Student Life Center lobby.

Coffee with a Cop provides a unique opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn more about the University Police that work in the community.

The majority of contacts that law enforcement has with the public happen during emergencies or emotional situations. Those situations are not always the most effective times for relationship building with the community. Coffee with a Cop supports the University Police Department’s community policing mission and allows for a relaxed, one-on-one interaction.
