Coffee with a Cop – NYPD

The McDonald’s restaurant at 160-11 Willets Point Boulevard in Queens will host a National Coffee With A Cop Day event from 8:00-10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, Oct. 4 in partnership with officers from the New York Police Department. This national one-day event brings local police and citizens together – over coffee – to discuss community issues and build relationships in a safe environment.

The first Wednesday of October is deemed National Coffee With A Cop Day, when thousands of police, sheriff, campus, local and federal law enforcement agencies participate in community events across the country.

“As a McDonald’s owner/operator, being involved in the community is the cornerstone of my business, and I look forward to hosting this event alongside our local officers,” said Bill Miller, McDonald’s Owner/Operator. “I hope that the community will attend the event and feel comfortable asking questions, bringing forward concerns or simply getting to know the officers that serve our community.”
