Coffee with a Cop

The Cambridge Police are encouraging residents to join its officers at either one of the Department’s next “Coffee with a Cop” networking events on Wednesday, October 4.

Police Commissioner Bard, Neighborhood Lieutenants and Sergeants, and other Cambridge Police personnel will be available to speak with residents at two locations – Bourbon Coffee in Porter Square (1815 Massachusetts Avenue) and Toscanini’s in Central Square (899 Main Street) — anytime between 8-10 a.m. on Wednesday, which is also National Coffee with a Cop Day.

These events represent a unique opportunity for community members to informally meet with officers in a neutral location to discuss community issues, respond to questions, build relationships and, of course, drink great coffee.
